I’m Osman, an engineering leader based in San Francisco. I currently serve at Fieldguide as Senior Engineering Manager, leading the AI Platform team. We build foundational AI primitives and reusable platform capabilities that accelerate product delivery and power AI-driven experiences that help auditors produce higher-quality work with greater efficiency.

Previously, I co-founded Lumiro AI, where I led product and engineering to build an AI-powered tour guide platform delivering personalized, real-time travel experiences.

Earlier, I led engineering initiatives at Twilio, including a centralized machine learning platform and the evolution of Twilio Autopilot. Prior to that, I spent three years as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer building production AI and ML systems at scale.
